  VGSA: Organized in 1990 and run by a volunteer steering committee, our purpose is to provide occasions for all of you in Vermont's queer community to meet in comfortable, safe social surroundings. While the majority of our members are from Chittenden County, many others live all over the state. Thus, events take place from Montreal to Rutland, Barre to St. Johnsbury. In fact, any place someone wishes to organize a gathering. Our focus is social; this can range from athletic (such as volleyball or skiing) to culinary, literary, community outreach, and even an annual erotica party. VGSA is what you want to make it.
